Participation of Sévane Garibian and Marion Vironda Dubray as guest speakers on the issue of "Missing people and the rights of the dead" in the Regional Online Summer School on International Humanitarian Law (IHL).
The Summer School, which is organized annually by the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Delegation in Armenia and the American University of Armenia (AUA) Master of Laws (LL.M.) program, will be held online from 6 to 10 July 2021. This year, the central issue in focus will be the consideration of different categories of persons protected by IHL, as well as international human rights law.
